Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, but the service wasn't great, especially at the reception. The location was a bit odd, tucked behind a deserted mall, but there were some convenience stores nearby. Overall, it felt like a decent place for the price, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite nice, featuring a kitchen with a view of the Petronas Towers, making it feel like a great value. However, the service left something to be desired, as the staff seemed a bit unfriendly. The location is a bit isolated, being behind a deserted mall, although it’s fairly close to public transport.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and had two toilets, which was a definite plus. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations and felt a bit lacking. The location was somewhat isolated, and although there were convenience stores nearby, it was noisy with karaoke clubs around. Overall, it was decent value for money, but I think there are areas that could use improvement.
I had a stay at a hotel that was somewhat unconventional, located on top of a shopping center, which added a unique flair to my experience. The rooms were decent, offering good views and a clean atmosphere, but the service left a bit to be desired with some staff interaction not being very warm. I also appreciated the convenience of being close to the train station, but the overall vibe of the shopping complex felt a little empty. The pricing felt fair given the amenities, but I think there’s room for improvement in a few areas.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms offered a spectacular view of the Petronas Towers and came with all the necessary kitchen facilities, but the housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning. Service-wise, there were a few hiccups, particularly with a manager at the reception not being very helpful. The location was convenient being near the MRT station but felt a bit isolated, and it was tricky to find a taxi. Overall, the hotel had potential but didn’t live up to expectations in some areas.
